This week, we continue our Partners and Parables series. During this series, rather than a single sermon, we’ll have input from partner ministers and a short reflection on a parable from someone in our QPBC Family.

This week, we welcome Susan Tulley, who, given that she is part of our SLT and also the youth team, is no stranger to many of you. However, for her day job, Susan works for Glasgow City Mission. Did you know, Glasgow City Mission is the oldest city mission in the world?

As a church, we are blessed to have Susan and several others of the Glasgow City Mission team as part of our church. While ‘The Mission’, as it is affectionately known, is perhaps best known for its work among Glasgow’s homeless population, there is much more to their work than this vital aspect. I’m sure Susan will tell us more about this and some of the stories of lives transformed on Sunday.

We also welcome Callum McGregor, who will share with us from Luke 12:35–48. Callum, who now works as an RME teacher, is a graduate of the Scottish Baptist College and was a ‘Vision Volunteer’ with QPBC Youth for a couple of years when Caz McCrone was Youth Pastor. Currently Callum helps lead one of our Life Groups and also plays bass in one of our worship teams.

Looking forward to seeing you on Sunday.
