Welcome to QPBC

Our vision is to ‘Call our City to Life’.

Whether faith and church are new to you, something you are exploring or if you are simply looking for a church in Glasgow, we would love to offer you a generous welcome.

Our Camphill building is open from 10am on Sundays

What to expect on Sundays

2 Locations

We are one church with two locations. On a Sunday our service is held in Camphill. Duringthe service, the youth use our second location (The Point). Each of our locations are in residential areas with on street parking, but are also accessible using public transport. We open the doors up 30 minutes before our service starts and there will be a team of people around at the door to welcome you, show you where to go and answer any questions you have.

Preaching

In other words, opening up Scripture and discovering what God is saying to us through it. Each week, for 20-35 minutes, one of our pastors or someone from our team of preachers will help us to do this.

Engaging Worship

Musical worship is a large part of our gatherings together on a Sunday. We have a large worship team who take it in turns across our locations to lead our times of worship. This includes using hymns and worship songs from traditional church hymns to up to date worship songs and even some written by people in our worship team. Not sure about what words to sing? Don’t worry, the words are all projected onto a screen at the front in each location. Don’t know the tune? Feel free to simply listen and join in when you feel able.

CHILDREN'S PROGRAMMES

e love having a whole variety of ages at our different locations and we spend some time all together at Camphill, but we also recognise the importance of times of age specific learning. We run children’s programmes that begin part way through the 10:30am services, however all ages are welcome to join us for this time.

Children and their parents will be informed from the stage when the children will move to their programme.

tea & coffee

At our Camphill location, tea and coffee is served after the 10:30am service in our basement.

All our tea and coffee is fairtrade and our cups are all bio-degradable, but if you want to bring along your own travel cup, we will happily fill it up for you.

Youth ministry

Currently our youth ministry (P7-S6) happens as part of our 10:30am service at our Camphill location. The young people join with the wider church for the first part of the service and when instructed from the stage (at the same time as the children leave for their programs), the youth gather at the front door and walk together to The Point (our third location which is 2 minutes walk from our Camphill location).

Anything else?

There are hearing loops installed in the Camphill campus sanctuary and The Point sanctuary. To use the hearing loop, sit downstairs in the centre section of the main space. If you’re unsure, ask one of our service team who will be happy to help you!

We have accessible toilets – just ask a service team member who can guide you to them.

First time visitor? We’d love to give you an extra special welcome. Come say hello at the Welcome Corner at the Camphill campus, or introduce yourself to our team at any point.
