QP Youth 2010

Here is a quick Guide to some of the things we get up to with QP youth.

Sundays

Sunday mornings the secondary school aged young folk meet downstairs for our time together during the morning service. We have a lot of fun, but the focus is really on what it means to be a disciple (follower) of Jesus. We basically do this in smaller life groups, depending on what age or sex you are!!! Although once a month we come together, to worship and get into the presence of God and express our thanks to Him for what He has done and continues to do in our lives!!

Monday

If you are S4 and over and want to play football, then we will be playing at Holyrood Sports Centre, 18.00 - 19.00. It's outside and will cost £2.50. Should be fun!!

Wednesday

INVEST - really simple concept!! What is going to happen if Young people and any available leaders, pray for an hour?

Thursday

If you are S1 to S3and want to play football, then we will be playing at Holyrood Sports Centre, 18.00 - 19.00. It's outside and will cost £2.50. Should be fun!!

Friday

MORE THAN CONQUERORS - 4.30pm - 5.30pm for those  who want to go deeper with God, one hour a week to pray for each other and to become who God ade us to be!!

FNL - Twice a month we have Friday Night Live our youth club for the young folk of QP and their friends. It's a mixture of fun and games as well as looking at some of the big issues of life. 

Saturday

The first Saturday of each month is ignite!! Which is our monthly worship event where we gather at QP with young folk hungry for God. It's about meeting Him in worship, staying there and then reflecting His glory when we leave and go back into our families, schools and generally just life!!

Other Things

Oh yeah there is more, things like Trips away, cinema trips, weekend away, Youth Alpha, ONELIFE youth conference, and if you get a chance why not head of to an SU camp this summer.
