Children & Families

We believe in creating a place of safety and fun for children. Children are an important part of God's kingdom and we are passionate about equipping our children for life and encouraging and supporting our families.

Sunday morning programme

On Sunday morning our children have fun and flourish in the following groups:

  • Creche 0-2 and half years
  • Beginners and Building Blocks Preschoolers - P1
  • Kingdom Kids P2-P6

Playbreak

Playbreak is a playgroup with a difference - it aims to give parents/carers a much needed break.  You get the chance to sit down, have a coffee and chat to other parents/carers while your children play.  We run a varied programme of events and speakers on alternate weeks covering everything from how to access childcare, what Christmas is all about and how to prepare your child for their 1st year at school.  The children are cared for by a dedicated team of volunteer 'aunties' (all aunties possess enhanced disclosures) in separate rooms, with a creche for the babies and the large hall for toddlers with toys and books.

When do we run: Tuesdays & Thursdays 10am-11.15am(term time only - starts 1 week after beginning of term & stops 1 week before the end of term)
Venue: Queens Park Baptist Church - Balvicar Drive (back lane entrance, press buzzer for entry)
Why not come along and join us - you would be very welcome!
